Very friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in after reception hours, shared washing machine, clothes rack and kitchen to use, bus stop nearby (free bus from July - September!), kettle in the room plus coffee and tea , very spacious apartment and balcony.

This place was great! We booked last minute but they helped us out and everything went smoothly. The next day we found out that even though the motel is super quiet, there is a café and shops only a few minutes walk away. Also, the water pressure is great. Such a nice find after a long day of travelling. Definitely recommend.

Everything about Paravista Motel is excellent Very comfortable and a spacious room and very clean with good facilities plus the swimming pool is great I stayed for 2 more days as I enjoyed it so much The Motel Manager Shane is really sweet and very accommodating to my needs the location is perfect too I shall certainly stay here again when I return to Darwin Thankyou Shane so much and was lovely to meet you Warmest regards from. The lady who checked us in was absolutely lovely and knew a lot about what to do in the area. We had a great stay, but will definitely need to come back for the Parap Village Markets and Mindil Beach. Coming back up here with my family in a few weeks so will book again and bring them along! Highly recommend staying here.

Came back to this motel after stayong only a few days ago. Thoroughly enjoyed the first stay and the second was even better! It looks as though they're renovating some rooms. So, the owners clearly care about guest comfort, and that shows in the quality of the rooms. Great place!

Friendly staff, easy to find, easy to navigate the motel and keys left on desk for arrival was smooth sailing as I had my hands full with kids. Staff are super helpful , it was very clean on arrival and they were able to extend my stay at cheap rate last minute. My special requests of ground floor and extra cot bed were seen to as well which I am grateful for.

I was on the top floor (even though there is no lift - this was my request) and I loved it! Up with the birdies, and also having a community kitchen was really useful as I was there for the week.

The location just out of the CBD was excellent as we had a car. I loved the Parap cafes and restaurants and Saturday markets, just a short walk away. It is a classic Aussie motel, great if you have a car, with a pool plus a laundry and kitchen upstairs. Christie on the desk was always smiling and very helpful. We went back for a second stay on the return leg of our holiday.

The place was clean, nice salt water pool, the staff were excellent and the facilities were great. It’s an easy walk to the local shops and market on Saturdays. You can also walk to the museum and some nice restaurants on the water, such as a great location.
